Waanplekken (2018)
In the summer of 2018, I made landscapes of fabrics, plastics and powders during my residency at De Torenkamer, Amsterdam. They became mainly mountain shapes in light colors. The energy of the residency spot, located by the sunny Vondelpark, was reflected in the results. In the following (slightly darker) months I continued working with these forms and dry materials, resulting in this selection.
