The urge to lose myself completely in mountain landscapes is growing.
In an age where the entire world has been meticulously charted and mapped, I find myself drawn to the remote and the serendipitous. The concept of exploration continues to captivate my thoughts. How can one capture and portray the essence of these untouched, uncharted, and sublime landscapes without physically venturing into them?

In July 2023, Waanplekken 91 and 92 were on show at the Hudson Art Department at the North Sea Jazz Festival in Ahoy Rotterdam and in December 2023 at the groupshow Shifting Landscapes at WesterkadeKunst.
In 2024, Waanplekken 91-93 were part of the solo exhibition Waanplekken at Ballon Rouge in Rotterdam.
